For health and safety reasons, and in accordance with Australian consumer best practices, all personal care devices (like our hair growth brushes and oils) cannot be returned due to a change of mind once they have been opened and used.

1. 90-Day Thicker Hair Guarantee (Risk-Free Trial)

We are confident in the results of our Red Light Therapy brushes. This performance guarantee is separate from your statutory consumer rights.

How it works:
Hair growth is a biological process that takes time. We ask that you use the device consistently for 90 Days to allow your follicles time to reactivate.

Eligibility for the 90-Day Guarantee:

  • If you have used the device as directed for 90 days and see no visible improvement in hair thickness or scalp health, you may return it for a full refund (excluding return shipping).
  • You must contact us to initiate this claim after 60 days but before 100 days from the date of delivery.
  • Note: The device does not need to be sealed for this specific performance guarantee.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law)

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not fit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for:

  • A free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
  • You must provide your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the issue.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Damaged Item: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • 90-Day Guarantee Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping the device back to our Australian warehouse.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–14 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
